We had a problem with our back tyre & went to mini service department at Bristol! Salvador had to order a new tyre as they didn't have one in stock and wasn't sure if he could get one on that day we visited the garage, but it arrived & was fitted!

My car was with mini for a week for a recall! My engine light was on but nothing was found and the day I drove it away the light came straight back on. I was also told my car would be washed and even though it was there a week it wasn't washed.

Pre-visit email: Due to repairs, we cannot offer a wash during your visit. On arrival (waiting at mini for service) will take 2 hours... Do you want a wash as it will take an extra hour. Suggests you want to avoid doing. Felt severely short changed.

Thorough, informative, helpful. I think it would be beneficial to be told on booking that there is a complementary car wash as I didn't know this and didn't factor time in therefore declined it.

Disappointed with with overall service. It was booked for pit stop service, however it took 3 hours 30min. Also communication was very poor, no visual inspection video was sent and the car was not washed or vacuumed when I requested this when booked.

The care and attention given to older customers is as good as it is if buying a new car. I used to change my car every three years which I don't do now as I only travel around 10 miles a week. I am really impressed with the attention to detail

I asked for the option to have a car for a few hours so that I didn't have to wait for hours in the dealership. I appreciate a timed appt for the brake service but it ran on longer than expected. Please can you offer courtesy cars for a few hours?

Everyone was great, and I was happy to be offered a lift to the mall to kill some time. Harry talked me through my car's report and was particularly helpful in that he found a glitch in my service plan and has offered to help rectify any confusion.

Efficient drop off/collection. Lots of building work going on currently and signage to MINI could be improved. If you've never visited the site before it would be hard to find. A friend collected me & had no idea how to get to MINI.

I was informed at every step of the way about my car. I used the mini bus service to the Mall which was excellent, I then stayed in the reception area as my car was not ready, there I had refreshments and a magazine to read. I was very happy.

Rubbish no confidence in anyone at this centre. To not get to the route of issues (following 2 x mistakes made by staff booking car in wrong) wrong branch Melksham not cribbs and then also booking a day that it apparently shouldn't have been booked

Very slow we had to wait 30 minutes to collect car, which took 2 minutes to pay. Only one person on the service desk, with lots of others employee's walking around doing nothing at 5.30pm. He was overwhelmed and had no help. He did okay
