Nice to have the car cleaned for me after the service however it was not cleaned inside and the inner door sills were soaking wet leaving water stains.

Your repaired a leaking wiper fluid tube as a goodwill gesture, which I was really impressed with. However, it broke again a few days later so I had to rebook and have it repaired again, which was obviously quite inconvenient.

Whenever one visits mini all the staff are polite and helpful. If you have to stay for a while you are made comfortable and everything is provided for relaxation

I have no complaints with the car service, or customer service. However, charging £1,000 excess for a courtesy car is completely excessive, even if given the opportunity to waive this to £250 - at a cost of £15!
