The service experience and staff were better because as I have complained previously, which was obviously on the notes, and reconnecting to my phone through Apple car play was done this time. The use of the office was very nice though.

Jack & his manager James no2 provided a top level service. I live in Worcestershire & would take my mini 'Smartie' to them any time even though I have a closer mini garage. It feel special when I purchased my pre owned mini and returned for services

The car was dropped off early in the morning on that day, but it was only available for collection around 6pm. When handing over the car, I request cleaning car.However, when I picked up the car, it had not been cleaned.

The wheel refurbishment work that i was upsold by the dealer having dropped off my car is appalling, it clearly had not been quality checked. It has resulted in me having to take the car away, and then bring it back at a later date.
