Welcomed immediately on entering showroom, dealt with promptly in being introduced to a sales representative. Communication was excellent. Receiving information by email was very efficient. My car was ready on day of pickup, inside the showroom

The service experience and staff were better because as I have complained previously, which was obviously on the notes, and reconnecting to my phone through Apple car play was done this time. The use of the office was very nice though.
